President Duterte's performance rating rises by 4%

President Rodrigo R. Duterte bagged the highest 'approved and trust' ratings among top officials with 91% for September this year, according to Pulse Asia.

Despite all the allegations, Duterte's rating skyrocketed by 4% compared to that of the results released by the same platform on December 2019.

The survey's anticipation was that Duterte's performance rating will drop due to the alleged mishandling of the COVID-19 crisis.
