PAGASA: La Niña will affect the country with higher rainfall especially in Visayas and Mindanao.

A Low Pressure Area (LPA) was located in Virac, Catanduanes with Habagat affecting Southern Mindoro.

Around 7-8 tropical depression are expected to affect the country some time within the year.
