After a 5-month hiatus, ABS-CBN Corporation paired up with Eddie Villanueva’s TV Network – A2Z, which was formerly known as Zoe TV Channel 11 to air its entertainment programs and movies starting today, October 10, 2020.
It was a question on how the franchise would be able to stand back on its feet after the National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) issued a cease and desist order for the company to shut down its operations after the expiration of its 25-year franchise last May 5, 2020.
Restricted to online and pay TV programs, the compliance between the two networks will finally allow ABS-CBN to recover its stand in entertaining and grabbing the interest of the Filipino people despite its coverage limitation reaching only Metro Manila and its nearby provinces.
Portrayed as a family-oriented channel, Zoe Broadcasting Network combines its concept with ABS-CBN to ensure that they can work together in providing mass audiences 'uplifting and inspiring shows of life, love and hope, educational programs, local and foreign movies.'
ABS-CBN’s comeback with the other networks support will bring a new definition and a succulent image to the network.
