The festivities have launched, and the students were rumbling with excitement as their fellow players make their entrances to the fields.
Cebu Normal University started the week energizing and pumping for students and faculty members alike. The Intramural 2019 – was without a doubt, a blast for days as everybody roared for the win of their respective teams and departments. With their hearts and efforts merging with the energy of the athletes, it was an unforgettable event for many.
As the students were getting their muscles tired from the games and sore throats from the cheers, there were several group of students who crouched, stretched, curved, and bent to their capabilities to document everything essential that happened during the event – the 2nd year Communication students of last year.
People encourage and congratulate the ones in the front playing the roles, forgetting that the people behind the cameras, behind the news, and behind the scenes were equally hardworking and drained from their doing their parts.
Even when the week of the Intramural hasn’t started yet, the 2nd year Communication students of last year have picked up their energy, pens, and cameras to start working. From the practices, to the games, to the competitions, till the end. They gave their best and made sure nothing relevant went undocumented especially the climaxes of the events.
They posted videos, news articles, photos and even set-up live streams not only to give us updates with the most recent happenings during the festivities but also to tell the truths that wrapped around the sports and competitions of the Intramural.
Each class needed athletes for each sport, each team needed cheerleaders for support, and each department needed representatives for the pageant.
Then, we had the 2nd year Communication students… who we needed, no matter the class, the team, or the department in every second, minute, and hour of the festivities.
Presenting, some of the 2nd year, now 3rd year Communication students who committed and poured out their time, strength, and mind in the documentation of the Intramural 2019 from beginning to end.
Kudos to the B.A-Communication 3rd year students who have now passed the torch to us.
