Even COVID-19 failed to discourage Cebu Normal University’s growth and vision of becoming a multidisciplinary research university of education in and outside of the country.
With the theme, “Arts and Sciences: Unleashing Creativity, Resilience, and Scientific Inventions in the New Normal,” the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) of the said university, successfully coordinated the second edition of the International Conferences on Arts and Sciences (ICAS) last September 29 – 30, 2020, despite the global health crisis.
Through a virtual conference, the academic institution was able to invite international speakers from different universities in Australia and The Netherlands.
Amidst the pandemic and its adversities, the silver-lining on this year’s ICAS focuses on bridging researchers and international advocates to share best ideas and methods in boosting their abilities and to establish connections and partnerships.
